God loves every person with unconditional love, and he is telling us how to enjoy life and have nothing but good days. His desire for everyone is III John 1:2, 4. However, most people do not hear God’s voice. God communicates to us by His Spirit.
For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God. The Spirit Himself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God. (Romans 8:14, 16)
